Amazing view in my room.

This hotel is so strange, you can't use towel swimmingpool hotel because you need to pay it. You can't borrow eat equipment also from hotel kitchen. TV channel not clear.

Had a good, comfortable stay but needs a bit of updating.

Nice place at the beach, nice pool setting right on the beach and the jogging track a nice bonus. Big rooms, huge beds, absolutely lovely staff, alright breakfast, easy check-in and check-out.

Rainy season not prepared for, everywhere water leaking in from the roof and the windows and doors. Outdated, needs a bit of new paint, even the bed sheets looked like they've been used way too long, all kinds of markings and stains on them. A bit of a damp smell in the rooms even though they were obviously cleaned properly between guests.

Whenever you order something to eat or drink it was a big problem for staff to put it on the bill Poor English knowledge with staff Staff once called me in public to pay for a cappuccino; they should do this in a personal approach When checkout in morning at 5 front desk was not served so I left without receiving bill Poolbar not in function Locals seem to use the pool as well

Beautiful location - make sure to communicate well

Very clean room, good bathroom, nice pool and right at the beach. Large breakfast buffet. Airport transfer worked perfectly on my arrival.

Even though the room option offered free return airport transfer there was a mixup when I left for the airport and I had to pay the driver upon reaching the airport. The hotel has apologized for this and said they would make sure it never happens again - but still disappointing as the airport transfer was the reason why I booked the hotel during my transit in Kupang

Wonderful Staff - Very Kind and Professional.

Pool was dirty - no very appealing. Room was very noisy - high traffic road outside - not the hotels fault - but very noisy.

Good facilities, great ocean view, but don't count on receptionists for information

Breakfast ok. There is local dancing during breakfast. The location right on the seafront is nice, but there is little nearby to walk to other than the beach.

Staff seemed unable to answer visitors' questions and to anticipate needs. The receptionists were particularly poor at being able to understand why a person was asking a question about either the city or the hotel facilities.

Room was comfortable.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Safe in the room was faulty. Door lock did not work (although the hotel did fix it pretty quickly). Staff did not speak English. Zero tourist information was made available. Long wait for help with baggage.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in while in Indonesia.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in while in Indonesia. The rooms are good, staff is awesome and the airport transfer is a nice addition. Considering the low price you pay for all that, it deserves a perfect score. Also try the restaurant, the dinner there was so tasty.

Simple and comfortable stay by the ocean

Nice stay in a comfy, clean room for our night's stopover in Kupang. The discount we got via Booking.com made it very worth it. We were also there during Ramadhan, and could have our buffet breakfast early at 3am in order to fulfill our fasting hours, so this was much appreciated. Hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating too. Swimming pool was big and spacious considering the hotel wasn't packed to the brim with customers, and located right on the beach where beautiful sunset views can be enjoyed. Location was good too, we could easily call upon the Grabcar service to take us where we wanted to go.

Our booking came with a free airport shuttle, but unfortunately due to either a misunderstanding by reception staff or an oversight, we ended up having to wait for about an hour at the airport before our pickup arrived.

Good value for money, swimming pool was a great size and clean. Location was on the waterfront and breakfast was also good.

Swimming Pool is nice and airport shuttle is very convenient.

Found some cleaning issues (toilet and bed sheets) in the room. Food and service in the restaurant could also be improved.
